This framed view is in a small grassy area, near a parking lot for tourists to the city. The view has two sides, one of old highway 40 and another of the parking lot. It was placed by Ellicott City Rotary Club and features a silhouette of a train, which runs through the town about a half mile east of here. The frame can be accessed 24/7.
