Located to the north of the Chico Municipal Center is a large figurative sculpture of a pair of hands rising from the ground. A small plaque at the base of the sculpture mentions it being commissioned by the City of Chico. The sculpture contains many small, colorful pieces of terrazzo that give the sculpture color and scenes of a city landscape.
