This bench is located on the grounds of the Fayette United Methodist Church on E. Main St. in Fayette.
It is made of concrete and is surrounded by a nice landscape right besides the church. There is a plaque on the bench which reads:
Landscaping in memory of Babe Jones - 2010.
I tried to find some information about this person but to no avail.
