The Kingfisher County Courthouse is a modern one-story building located at the intersection of Highways 33 and 81.

This one-story courthouse, located at 101 S. Main, was constructed in 1960. It replaces the original 3-story brick building which burned in 1901, and its replacement 4-story building. The County was established in 1890, after the Unassigned Lands were opened with the Land Run of 1889.
This is the location of the Kingfisher County District 4 court, as well as the county offices of the Treasurer, District Judge, Recorder and Assessor.
This is an L-shaped light colored brick building. The main entrance faces west on Highway 81 (Main Street). The entrance is recessed under a canopy of four gables. East of this entrance is a "high hat" roof extension with additional decorative gables. South of the entrance is a wall faced with black granite blocks on which the name KINGFISHER COUNTY COURTHOUSE is written with large metal letters.
On the north side of the building, next to an additional entrance is a curved wall constructed of engraved bricks which is a memorial to the pioneers who settled the town, as well as those who have contributed to it over the years.
