Unless you're really dedicated to benchmarking, or you have a serious eagle-eye, you may miss this one, especially now that courthouse restoration has put an access ramp up at the east entrance, obscuring the bolt. If you know it's here, though, simply go into the area between the ramp and the courthouse -- you've just walked past the cornerstone -- and it's straight ahead of you. Reports vary on how well one can make out the lettering. QDV's eyes see "BM" on the bottom, with the top being obscured.
