Located on a brick wall at the back of an empty lot, the graffiti depicts a fiendishly looking fat man wearing a hat with a dollar sign while on the right is an angry young man. A word, probably in Icelandic is in the center...but the poster of this Waymark could not discern the spelling due to the stylized lettering.
