This is an old bridge in the rural part of Sacramento County, California. The bridge was constructed in 1939.

Sacramento county lies near the base of the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, and thus there are streams, creeks, and tributaries flowing from the snow pack to the main rivers, such as the nearby Sacramento River and the American River. This bridge is in rural farm land.

The bridge spans Goat Creek, which is sometimes referred to as Sierra Creek.

There is a geocache near by. See photos.
