Located at an undercrossing within Annie's Glen/Bidwell Park is an art project created by local artists and schoolchildren. There's a large tile which highlights this tile project and it reads:

Annie's Glen Bikeway Project

The Annie's Glen Bikeway Project includes a bicycle/pedestrian path, a bridge, an undercrossing, and community-created art tiles which result in a safe and attractive connection between Bidwell Park, local schools, and downtown Chico. The Community Tile Project, installed in the undercrossing, interprets the theme of the Big Chico Creek riparian corridor in over 1,300 tiles made by local community groups, school children, disabled adults, families, and individual citizens. Participants, under the direction of artist Janice Hofmann, used a variety of techniques including glazing pre-made tiles and carving wet clay tiles. Visually impaired artists created high relief tiles as the decorative border for this plaque.
