This bell is mounted on a brick wall in front of the Kingfisher County Sheriff's Department. It is part of a larger monument dedicated to the 1976 Bicentennial of the United States.
The bell is painted silver, and has a bell wheel attached. A rope is attached to the wheel, so apparently it is rung from time to time.
A bronze plaque on a nearby wall indicates that "The bell is from the old Lacy School, given by Kathryn and Cecil Enix in memory of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Earl Gulker."
The Bicentennial Monument indicates that the bell symbolizes "Proclaiming freedom throughout the land" from Leviticus 25:10.
