This is a one-story tan brick building with a flat roof. A bronze shield on the building, as well as the cornerstone, show that it was built in 1940. It is still in use today for its original purpose.
Flanking the single pedestrian door are columns of standing brick. Four horizontal rows of darker brick run between the windows. The windows are four-pane casement, set in doubles and triples. There are three overhead doors on the side, and one at the rear.
The building stands at the corner of E. Bowman and S. 5th. The cornerstone is located high on the southeast corner of the building and reads:
