Michael Anderson, Kalpana Chawla, Rick Husband, Laurel Clark, Ilan Raven, William C McCool, and David C Brown

They left behind Earth, air and gravity in the pursuit of their dreams Each of the astronauts of Suttle Columbia knew
that their endeavors came with great risks.

All of them accepted those risks willingly, even joyfully in the cause of disovery. On Feb. 1, 2003, Columbia's 16 day mission of scientific discvoery ended suddenly and tragically
minutes before the crew was to return to earth.

Though they may be lost, their lives shall always be
remembered for great inspiration and achievement.
