This small museum, housed at the municipal building, exhibits some of the early history of this area of the Osage Hills (known as the Flint Hills in Kansas), as well as the early settlers, and the growth of culture in the area. The web site, link below, whets your appetite with some of the exhibits that are available at the museum. The museum is only open during the hours that the municipal building is open for other city government operations.
It does not need to show the founding and growth of the largest company in Bartlesville, because there is an entire company museum for that next door to the west.
