DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1961 (JCC) THE STATION IS THE TOP-CENTER OF THE TANK. THE TANK IS IN THE WEST EDGE OF CHICO, IN THE SOUTHWEST ANGLE OF WEST THIRD AND CHERRY STREETS. IT IS A DOUBLE ELLIPSOIDAL, TANK, SUPPORTED BY 6 GREEN, ROUND, SLANTED LEGS AND THE TANK IS SILVER IN COLOR AND 130 FEET HIGH.
