This building replaces the old City Hall that was on 3rd and Monmouth streets, Completed in 2011, it has three floors to house not only the City Hall, but the police department and several up to the minute meeting rooms for public use. Situated on the west bank of the Willamette River, it is out of the main business district. This quieter setting, and plentiful parking, makes it an ideal spot to hold meetings and banquets, as there are some kitchen facilities.
