This NGS benchmark resides at one of two water towers located at the corner of E 3rd and Orient Streets.

I recovered this U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey BM from 1919 in good condition although it is mostly inaccessible behind a metal fence. This station is monumented on SW corner concrete base of the east water tower. The disk contains the elevation stamping of '301.624' along with the designation stamping. The NGS datasheet is adequate for station recovery. My more accurate coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
