Pand met gaaf bewaarde, bakstenen topgevel met ingezwenkte zijkanten, gebeeldhouwd fronton met schelpversiering en natuurstenen hoekvoluten, Lodewijk XIV. Deuromlijsting met pilasters, die Lodewijk XIV-snijwerk vertonen. Deur met liggende kussenpanelen en bovenlicht, waarin een gietijzeren levensboom. In de vensters 19e eeuwse schuiframen.
