The clock is centered on the building sitting above the entablature. It is a round translucent face that is probably lit at night. The hour digits are Roman numerals and black. Hands are ornate and white.
The building, which once served as the central office for the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad, is perhaps the finest example of Neo-classical Revival railroad station architecture in Pennsylvania. Today the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad Station is the Lackawanna Station Hotel.
