Black Sparkman has a lot of information (except misspelling her name as Vivian at every point!). She was born on 8 January 1899 and died on 22 May 1999, a few months older than 100 years. She was born in Washburn and spent most of her life there. Even when she moved to be with her daughter at Little Rock in 1988 she kept her home in Washburn and came back to the area frequently to visit.
She married Matt Sparkman in 1918, and he died in 1977. She was the last member of her family to pass away. She died in a nursing home in Bryant, Arkansas.
