The former Dennys Lascelles Wool Store is built of bluestone with cement rendered ornamentation and a slate covered saw tooth roof with south facing windows designed to give better light over the wool displayed during auctions.
The building now houses a museum dedicated to the history of the Australian wool industry, as well as the local Tourist Bureau.
