This 10' obelisk is located in the Pioneer Cemetery - Arkansas' oldest recognized cemetery. The Monument itself is of Batesville "marble" - a very high quality limestone that is indigenous to the area. This monument is on the north side of the sidewalk as one walks to the gazebo.
