The Eastern Cemetery Chapel is in the Roman Catholic Church section of the Eastern Cemetery, The chapel is a memorial to Archdeacon Slattery, having been built soon after his death in 1903 . The chapel is built of red brick with a steep corrugated iron roof, gabled ends of which are surmounted by Celtic crosses , a rectangular memorial stone with an inscription to Archdeacon P.J. Slattery is located above the door.
