Built in 1926 it caters for locals & travellers who camp in the large RV Rest Area across the road. Modern transport & better roads have seen Mendooran decline over the years so the accommodation part of the hotel would have suffered. However the RV Rest Area brings many travellers who can stay for 48 hours & Friday nights are popular.
