This building is in good condition and is currently occupied by a jewelry shop.
Date of Construction: 1925

A single story, brick masonry commercial structure with a stone and concrete foundation and a flat, built-up tar roof.

Though the structure of this building was probably built before 1897, the entire façade was substantially remodeled in 1925 when the panel brick signage panels were added above what had been two separate shops. The first floor storefront façade has been changed in recent years, but the fine corbelling and panel brick work above remains intact, including the dentil course beneath the projecting cornice and the corbelling above the signage panels.
