This building is in good condition and is currently occupied by an apparel shop.
Date of Construction: 1910

A one-and-one-half story, brick masonry commercial building with stone walls and a decorative, panel brick façade and parapet. It is supported upon a stone foundation andcovered with a flat, built-up gravel and tar roof.

This building serves as an example of the simple commercial vernacular style which became popular throughout the state for smaller commercial buildings. Of note is the panel brick detailing beneath the projecting brick cornice.
