Resthaven Memorial is a large cemetery, with several nice memorials located east of Shawnee on Highway 3.

Resthaven Memorial has over 11,000 burials and is a nicely maintained area, bisected by paved drives. Due to some construction and remodeling at the time of our visit, it was necessary to enter the cemetery from the east, at the parking lot for the funeral home. Two main entrances open at the north onto Highway 3.
The cemetery was established in 1929. It is flat with many medium and large trees, and we saw a lovely war memorial and other etchings throughout the area.
