Wee Waa is west of Narrabri & was the site of Australia's first cotton farms. The cemetery predates that event & I found a grave dated 1896. I estimated there to be over 1000 graves.
Be careful when leaving the cemetery as you rise up then down quite sharply when negotiating the levee bank.
