4-faced stand-alone clock located at the corner of Clothier and Prescott Streets near the historic downtown core.

The clock was erected in 2000 as part of a combined Millennium project, which established the present-day North Grenville Rotary Millennium Park.

Two of the 4 faces appear to be working. The other two need resetting/maintenance.
