The San Diego Dragon Boat Festival features multiple races in dragon boats...usually 4 boats racing against each other with several teams...most of which seemed to be sponsored by local businesses and organizations. But, also, there are several food booths featuring Asian dishes and information booths for various organizations and services.
There is also a stage featuring mostly Asian dancers.
The 11th Annual festival was held on May 2, 2015. The festival doesn't seem to have a website but it does have a Facebook page (visit link)
