Depicted family house, located in village Sazená, is unusual and rare example of use of the Art-Nouveau architectural approaches in rural environment of Czech village.
The nicely decorated small family house was built and designed by unknown local Art-Nouveau architect for director of Sazená grammar school in 1910. Current owner maintains house in perfect conditions and its color scheme is identical with original design.
