From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 10.1 miles. Turn right onto FR2064 and continue for 2.3 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 7"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: Corner is about 640' ENE from the road. Found two ponderosa pines with healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backside. There are two T-posts with PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs which bear S, about 12' distant and W, about 10' distant from the corner. In addition, there is a ponderosa pine with a Brooks-Scanlon, Inc. LOCATION POSTER which bears NE, 90" distant from the corner.
What property is this mark defining?: SW of the corner is Deschutes National Forest; else Deschutes Land Trust property
