This is the former Mineola Post Office. It is now the Mineola Historical Museum.

Built in 1936-37 as a Works Progress Administration project, it served the Mineola Community until 1998 when the post office built a new building on East Broad Street. Today, it is the home of the Mineola Historical Museum. The post office building has been named a Recorded Texas Historical Landmark and is a contributing building in the Mineola Downtown Historic District as listed in the National Register of Historic Properties.
