From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 10.1 miles. Turn right onto FR2064 and continue for 1.7 miles. Then turn right on FR2064-500, continuing straight ahead at the junction with FR2064-520, for 0.6 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 1" but atilt
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: Corner is about 420' W of the road. Found two ponderosa pines with healed blazes, one with a yellow BEARING TREE tag, and the other with a Brooks-Scanlon, Inc. LOCATION POSTER.
What property is this mark defining?: W of the corner is Deschutes Land Trust property; else Deschutes National Forest
