From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 10.1 miles. Turn right onto FR2064 and continue for 1.6 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 1-1/2" aluminum cap on 5/8" iron rod in mound of stones; rising 8"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: Corner is about 450' W of FR2064. Found two ponderosa pines with partially healed, scribed blazes. On the ground by each is a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign. In addition, there are two T-posts with PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs, one about 12' E of the corner, and another about 10' W with a additional LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign.
What property is this mark defining?: NE of the corner is Deschutes Land Trust property; else Deschutes National Forest
