2002 hat der Lions Club dieses Bronze-Modell des Stephansdoms gesponsert. Auf den beiden schmalen Seiten des Sockels ist je eine Lions Club International Plakette angebracht. Darüber steht auf einer Plakette:

Mittelpunkt der Stadt und Sitz des Röm.-Kath. Erzbischofes
Weihe im Jahre 1147, erweitert unter Rudolf d. Stifter 1365, Bistum seit 1469. Südturm 137 m hoch, damals höchster Turm der Welt, Kirchenschiff u. Chor 108 m lang. Im unvollendeten Nordturm die "Pummerin", die zweitgrößte Glocke Europas.
Auf einer weiteren Plakette finden sich Informationen in Braille-Schrift.
Der Sockel hat auch einen Schlitz zum Einwerfen von Münzen. Es ist nicht definiert, wofür hier Spenden gesammelt werden, aber vermutlich für die Erhaltung des Stephansdoms.

In 2002, the Lions Club sponsored this bronze model of St. Stephen's Cathedral. There's a Lions Club International plaque mounted on each of the two narrow sides of the base. Above it there's another plaque:
TOUCH - UNDERSTAND
To understand the House of God - for this purpose the "Small Steffl (nickname of the Cathedral)" in scale 1:100 is dedicated to blind, visually impaired and children
