Date of Construction: 1887

2-story sandstone with scored stucco facade; round arched windows, semi-circular fanlight above center door; belt course; iron balcony removed.

1872 built as Archer Mercantile on
ground floor and a saloon on the
second; 1888 altered to include present
arched windows (renamed Rutherford
Hall); housed a brothel, Ford Motor
delearship (Model T's stored on second
floor); 1988 refurbished by Herman
Lee, architect, for offices. Sandstone,
scored-stucco facade, semi-circular
fanlight above center door.
