The mural depicts two girls lying on the grass by a lake in the forest looking at the clouds. There are clouds shaped like an energy efficient washing machine and an energy efficient light bulb, conveying the idea that energy conservation helps to preserve natural spaces. The text of the mural reads "Be Power Smart".
The back of the building continues the sky and clouds found on the front, and contains the text "It's about wiser use of your energy".
When it was first painted, an interesting feature of the mural was that the light posts in front of it had been carefully painted to match the colours of the mural, causing them to blend in. This is no longer the case, as the light posts are now a standard silver colour.
The mural was completed in 2007 by Charlie Johnston, and is one of 34 murals in Winnipeg by this artist.
