The Roman Catholoic Church St. Vitus, built in perpendicular style, is the impressive highlight in the centre of Südlohn. It is the oldest and most significant monument in the little town. The nave of the church was built 1507.

The clock of St. Vitus church is located on the western wall of the bell tower. There are two circles of steel on which you can see the golden numbers. The hands of the clock are golden too.
