Data obtained from the OS website...

Square: TQ
Easting: 1575
Northing: 6920
Mark Type: Rivet
Description: RIVET POND WALL E SIDE CHESTNUT AVE
Height: 10.019m

The rivet is set into the northern end of the wall into the top of a concrete post. The arrow points from the pond towards the rivet. The rivet is in good condition and the arrow has "faded" slightly but is still visible.

Note: Swans use both the pond and the grassed area and, when they are on dry land, they should be given a wide berth and children should be kept calm and under control to avoid being attacked by the swans.
