The sculpture is titled "Fête Galante" and it depicts four spruce cone cuckoo clock weights. It was created by Hans van den Ban in 1997, and is located at the corner of the Weesperstraat and Nieuwe Kerkstraat in Amsterdam.

"Vier in beton gegoten kolommen in de vorm van koekoeksklokgewichten of sparre-appels, onderling verbonden door een horizontale metalen buis. De buis is niet alleen constructief van belang maar is ook een visuele verbinding. Op circa vijf meter hoogte bevindt zich op drie van de vier objecten een zee-anemoonachtig voorwerp van roze geschilderd glasfiber dat zacht wiegend kan bewegen in de wind."
[English Translation:]
Four columns cast in concrete in the form of weights or spruce-cuckoo clock apples, interconnected by a horizontal metal tube. The tube is of importance, not only constructive, but is also a visual link. Approximately five meters located on three of the four objects a sea anemone-like object of pink painted fiberglass that can move gently swaying in the breeze."
