The flush bracket is attached to the wall of a brick building on the north east side of Ewell Road close to the junction with Broomfield Road.

First appearances seem to indicate that the bracket is in poor condition. On closer inspection, it can be seen that it is just a coat of paint, applied some time in the past, that is peeling off. A gentle application of a wire brush, a fresh coat of paint, and re-pointing around the bracket would have it looking good again.
