This veterans memorial is located in the heart of the veterans portion of Redding Memorial Park.

Located in the heart of the veterans cemetery portion of Redding Memorial Park is a tall, white obelisk-shaped monument with a decorative concrete urn on top. At the base of the monument is an inscription that reads:

DEDICATED
TO THE MEMORY
OF THE
U.S. SOLDIERS.
MAY 30, 1915.

This veterans cemetery is comprised of graves of veterans who fought in wars including the Civil War, Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, Korean War and the Vietnam War.

Description of Memorial:
The veterans memorial is comprised of a tall, white obelisk made of concrete and contains a concrete decorative urn at the top. Although the monument is simple in appearance, it stands out greatly amongst the other graves and markers located in the cemetery.
