The Water Tower in Meppel was built in 1883 and designed door architect HPN Halbertsm. He stands at the beginning of Steenwijkerstraatweg . The water tower has a height of 39.60 meters and has a water tank of 230 m³.
The tower was renovated in 1955. In 2004 the tower was sold for 120,000 euros to the municipality Meppel , who wants to make an information of it.
