This granite relief, a part of a small monument located in public park "Masarykovy sady / Masaryk' Park" in Ceský Tešín, depicts the first Czechoslovak president Tomáš Garrigue Masdaryk (T.G.M.) on horseback.

This modern monument, sculpted by Ostrava' artist Martin Kuchar, replaced historic statue of T.G.M. from 1924 which was destroyed during Polish occupation of Tešín region in October 1938.
