The amphitheater consists of three levels of seating. Along the base of each seating tier is a beautiful mosaic strip that depicts native wildlife and plants. Mosaic depictions include a great egret, wood duck, American coot, American alligator, white-tailed deer, beaver, numerous species of butterflies, plants, and other vertebrate species.

A plaque embedded into a boulder near the stage area of the amphitheater reads:
