348 Grant Street, is a charming Italianate building dating to pre-1884. There is a law office on the second floor still retaining the flavor of the Victorian Age in Us decor. The building itself is of brick, painted in two tone, and retains its attractive cornice and segmental windows.

The building is in excellent condition and is now used as a furniture and decorating store.
