Neznašov je malá ves, cást obce Všemyslice, ležící v okrese Ceské Budejovice asi 3 km západne od Týna nad Vltavou nad soutokem rek Lužnice a Vltavy v nadmorské výšce 426 m.

První zmínky o vsi pocházejí z roku 1491. Po roce 1541 zde byla postavena tvrz, která však nezustala zachována. Na jejím míste (na dnešní návsi) byl okolo roku 1800 postaven empírový zámecek.
