349 S. Main, one of the earliest buildings, has survived almost completely intact, High Victorian Italianate, with heavily ornamented windows whose broken pediments match those of the overhanging cornice, this brick building is one of the most significant on the Square. All of its ornamentation is cast-iron. At the second story level eight windows and three doors open onto a wrought iron balcony that runs almost the entire length of the Fourth Street side.

– National Register Nomination

The building appears to be in excellent condition. Is currently used for a law office.
