319-325 S. Main is now occupied by two' businesses. Built in 1868 as the Regan Block,it now has a red brick facade, a plain parapet with a stone frieze, stone quoins at each end, and windows with shaped stone lintels, each enhanced with a large keystone.

The building appears to be in good condition and is now a occupied by three different shops.
