Built in 1929, this high school served the community until closed in 1969, then continued as a middle school until 1975. The building today hosts the library and some local clubs. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

The cornerstone sits at the left corner of the main entrance and has engraving on both sides.
