Halfway between Písek and Protivín, in the picturesque village of Selibov, water goblins and fairies from the Tálínský pond, elves, and other fairytale creatures meet.
This museum of Czech fairytales includes almost seventy fairytale characters. There, you can meet water goblins, fairies, Hansel and Gretel with the witch, Little Red Riding Hood, blacksmiths, devils, and other creatures who have settled in this ancient building. Further, you can see blacksmith’s tools and even make your own fairytale character in a creative workshop.

Na puli cesty mezi Pískem a Protivínem si uprostred malebné vesnicky Selibov dali dostavenícko hastrmani a víly od Tálínského rybníka, skrítci a další pohádková havet.
Pohádkových postavicek je v tomto muzeu ceské pohádky nainstalováno témer sedmdesát. Potkáte tu hastrmany, víly, Jenícka s Marenkou i zlou Ježibabu, Cervenou Karkulku, kováre, certy a další pohádkové bytosti, které se v tomto starobylém stavení usídlily. Také se tu seznámíte s kovárským náciním a v kreativní dílne mužete vyrobit svoji pohádkovou postavicku .
